Clare's Well

I spent the past weekend at Clare's Well Spirituality Farm for a couple days of retreat, reflection and renewal.  (http://www.fslf.org/clareswell.html ) I am very grateful for this opportunity.  

For me it was a great transition from the vast amounts of purging and detoxing that has taken me off my normal routine this last month.  There was a continuation of letting go at Clare's Well, but more I had an opportunity to reconnect in a new way.

Over the weekend I made a strong connection with the healing guidance of Mary Magdalene.  I was not expecting this, but what a joy it was!  I have been aware that her essence and story is entering into peoples' consciousness, but I was amazed at the beauty, grace and sensuality and am grateful to connect with her on a deeper level.  I felt her presence over the whole weekend, and I expect to continue working with her moving forward.  She spoke eloquently to me this morning in my meditation.  I was struggling with how I am going to implement some of the changes I visualized over the weekend and she gently spoke me to just be an open vessel for my higher self and let the energy flow through me.  A great reminder!

That touched me deeply and provided in a nutshell what Mary's gentle, simple and profound guidance meant to me over the weekend; a wise and simple way of being - and an invitation to clear out my fears and anxieties so that I can actively share my work.  Letting go and giving in to the flow.
