I am a Meditation Coach and Energy Healer.  I am a Certified Universal Tao Instructor and have studied with Mantak Chia at the Universal Tao Center in Chaing Mai, Thailand.  I have also studied with Bill Torvund, founder of Sanctuary of the On, and graduated from a two-year Healing Mastery course with him.  Currently I am enrolled in a three year Interfaith Ministerial Ordination with Ron Moor of Center for Wholeness in Edina, MN.

I grew up in Bloomington, MN, graduated from University of Wisconsin, Madison with a BA in international realations and political science.  I have over 15 years of restaurant experience as a server and bartender.  I also have over 10 years experience in sales/marketing and office management. 

My spiritual journey became my focus in 2001.  A couple years prior I received a very strong and clear message at a Phish concert at Alpine Valley.  That threw me quite a curveball and I will be forever grateful for that experience!!

I am a loving husband and father of three.  I belong to a great Men's Group - the Sons of Uloo.  It is inspired by Robert Bly's Men's Movement and in it we explore the light and dark sides of the Masculine Energy and it's four Archetypes (King, Warrior, Lover and Magi).   We use stories and share our life experiences through the lense of these archetypes.

 I love meditating, yoga, storytelling, reading stories, movies, hiking, biking, and being with children.  I am also a great fan of fantasy football.
